Now Xiamen Jandao Technology have just developed a new aerator with mechanical arm like below

One end is thread to fix on faucet,  have Female and Male choice

The other end is Water Nymph dual mode aerator,  can twist to achieve two kinds of water streams

The mechanical arm can rotate to a full direction ,  means that the aerator can reach the biggest angle 

When you finish using it, can fold it as below picture:
